About – Number 11 Beauty Lounge

Hi, my name is Hayley.

I qualified in Beauty Therapy, Nutrition and Fitness over 25 years ago whereupon a job with Estée Lauder companies followed by a Salon Managers position for Decleor and John Lewis PLC led me into a diverse and interesting career within the Beauty Industry.

Fast forward a while with now grown up children, I found myself with extra time and freedom so once again I returned to study, adding Aesthetic treatments to my repertoire.

With a strong desire to use my knowledge and experience to offer my treatments, my way, always going the extra mile to provide the very best service, taking time to get to know each clients individual needs and offering tailor-made treatments in a luxury, calm and tranquil space, Number 11 Beauty Lounge was born.

I hope you love your experience when you visit and I look forward to welcoming you here at Number 11 soon.
